Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via Canada Post once a week. ONLY Expedited and Xpress Post Shipping Options provide a track-able service, all other services are NON-TRACKABLE. Shipping charges are based upon a flat rate system dependent on where we are shipping to. If Canada Post’s confirmation records indicate that your order is not shown as having been delivered, within four weeks (USA & Canada) or within 4-12 weeks (International), we will replace your order at no cost to you. You must report lost parcels within two months from the time that you placed your order.
We will ship all orders freight prepaid, but you should check with your local authorities about any additional fees which you may need to pay on the delivery-end. For order shipped you will be e-mailed a tracking number if applicable. Note for US customers using a track-able service you will need to track your order using both Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca).
Shipments to international destinations are subject to Customs & Duties and may be assessed VAT taxes by your local jurisdiction. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees on items are established by your local government and is always the responsibility of the recipient. The duty is determined by the value of the merchandise and other complicated factors and is determined by your local Customs office. Our shipping systems are automated, so we are unable to under-declare the value of parcels.
We ship orders on Thursday of each week (excluding holidays).
Please allow 4-10 business days delivery (USA & Canada) and 4-12 weeks delivery (International).
